The Taking the Temperature of Coaching survey completed by the Chartered Institute of personnel and Development (CIPD) in 2009, confirms that over 90% of UK employers are using coaching in their organisations, an increase in 20% over 12 months!  In the past 10 years, we have witnessed a growing interest in organisations committed to developing a coaching culture.  Promoting coaching at work  is about creating effective relationships, by stimulating learning and inspiring performance improvement in people.


Executive Coaching

To support this growing demand for coaching in the workplace, we are keen to help clients in different ways.  Our principle executive coach, John Armstrong, has over the years worked with people facing many different opportunities, challenges and learning needs at work.
John has an enthusiastic belief in the potential of people and the coaching process and considers it critical that an executive coach will:

people through their learning journey

Coaching Development

At On Track Training and Coaching, we are committed to supporting the growing awareness and use of coaching in the workplace.  Our aim is to help organisations train and develop their people as coaches, creating opportunities for them to establish a strong coaching culture where ownership of it’s development comes from within.  As an established and approved Institute of Leadership and Management centre, we are licensed to deliver two comprehensive and established programmes aimed at developing effective workplace coaches.  These programmes are:
