I set up On Track Training and Coaching in 1995 and since then have relished the opportunity to support clients as a trainer and coach. I am committed to helping people work together and to support leaders and managers in achieving their true potential.
I champion The Twin Track Approach to learning and development, through the combined delivery of training interventions and leadership coaching. With an enthusiastic belief in the potential of people, I promote coaching as a way of managing and leading people, rather than simply seeing it as something else that a manager can do!
I support clients as a Leadership Coach in both the public and private sectors and embrace my experience as a rugby coach to challenge and inspire teams in the workplace. OTTC is an Approved Centre for ILM and I design and deliver ILM programmes on coaching, leadership and management at levels 2,3 and 5.
Prior to establishing OTTC, I worked for 10 years in the leisure sector in Northern Ireland and Scotland, as a leisure attendant, manager and director. In addition to my wonderful family, I volunteer as a business mentor and trustee. I enjoy bird watching, fishing, walking, gardening and I am still trying to play the perfect game of golf!
Let me share with you some stories of the people I have met through my work, who have left a lasting impression on me for all the right reasons!
