On Track Training and Coaching have delivered ILM Leadership and Development programmes for us over the past 14 years. John has helped us to develop a structured approach to leadership development by creating our bespoke programmes ‘Creating Foundations for Leadership” and “Building Leaders for Today”. These programmes are key to supporting the development of our staff. Our people come away from these programmes feeling informed, inspired and challenged with a greater knowledge of how to be an effective leader. These programmes have not only helped individuals develop their own leadership style but build relationships with colleagues working in other departments within the group.
