Workshop and Coaching Portfolio

Society can sometimes have unrealistic expectations on us, assuming that we can successfully get on and do things in life without any training or development e.g. being a good parent; making a speech; coaching a sports team; playing golf; home improvements etc.

It’s often no different with staff in the workplace. They are expected to be able to train others, present ideas, communicate with ease and make decisions. We have therefore developed a wide range of workshops and coaching interventions to assist in developing the skills a workforce requires to be able to perform well on an ongoing basis.

1. ILM Leadership and Management Qualifications

Join the 70,000 people who enhanced their performance with an ILM Qualification last year. We deliver ILM Leadership and Management Qualifications at Levels 2, 3 and 5, to help you develop the skills, knowledge and personal abilities required to succeed.

2. ILM Coaching Qualifications

We deliver ILM Coaching Qualifications at Level 3. Our aim is to help organisations train and develop their people as coaches, creating opportunities for them to establish a strong coaching culture where ownership of its development comes from within.

3. Leadership Coaching

To support this growing demand for coaching in the workplace, we are keen to help clients in different ways. Our principle leadership coach, John Armstrong, has over the years worked with people facing many different opportunities, challenges and learning needs at work.  Coaching can be delivered in person or virtually, or even a blend of both!

At OTTC we are committed to supporting the growing awareness and use of coaching in the workplace.

4. Workshop Portfolio

John is acutely aware that businesses have specific training needs and organisational goals that may require a bespoke service. He will work with his clients to create a unique training event, whether it is a workshop or a series of facilitated events or a staff away day. Some of the workshops that we deliver are in these areas:

Dealing with Conflict, Presentation Skills, Bullying and Harassment, Appraisal Skills
