John Hay (Clyde) was a guest of McLaughlin & Harvey’s “Creating Foundations for Leadership” programme at The Ingliston Equestrian Centre.  John is an actor and contributes to the ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management programme and more specifically on the programme focusing on “Understanding Conflict Management in the Workplace”.  John challenges the learners to work through different work-based scenarios and to cope with a range of challenging behaviours set within the context of their working normal environment.  The skill practice sessions allow those participating to apply the theory in a safe and secure environment.  A great learning opportunity and great craic too!
