I do get to facilitate training and coaching in all sorts of venues!  Over the past 20 years, I have trained in thousands of interesting, practical and functional training rooms and in beautiful hotels both at home and abroad.  I have coached in offices and workshops, on a golf course and trains and in coffee shops and restaurants.  But last week, the venue was just the best! 

The Ballroom at Blair Castle on Atholl Estates created the inspirational venue for a performance management development programme with the managers and supervisors working on the Estate.  The space and scope of the Ballroom created the perfect environment for learning, building relationships, communicating and planning.  The roaring fire brought warmth, energy and focus for the event and the history depicted on the walls reminded us all of the long traditions and values associated with the Estate.  A really unique and motivating location which I’m sure will inspire staff today and those who will follow in the future.
